VERONICA GARRETT
Australian Chapter Director
Veronica Garrett is a Naturopath and Energy medicine researcher with diplomas in Vibration Healing, Nutrition and post graduate Herbal Studies.
“For many years now we have been researching and developing programs based on an understanding of animal/human behaviour and have incorporated a system called Whole Body Intelligence into interactive Equine Assisted Life Coaching. This work takes Equine Assisted Therapy to another level and while we interact with all animals including goats we mainly work with horses as the horse has more of a “working” relationship with man. The horse recognizes something deeper within our Spirit and in seeing this potential he therefore has expectations of his “client” far above that of a human life coach
Born in England, Garrett came to Australia as a child, grew up in Melbourne and moved to Queensland in the 80’s. She's been married for 34 years and lives in Nerang on the Gold Coast, Queensland Australia with her husband and animal family.
She went back to study Naturopathy and Vibrational Medicine as a mature age student and it was during her years of clinical practice (humans and animals) that she started to see the symbiotic relationship between the species. At the same time she was also led to explore the Metaphysical world which all tied together with what her horses and other animals were teaching her.
"It's exciting to help bring all of the women in the horse industry in Australia together and we hope to become one of the best chapters in the association worldwide," she states.
